六安市节能减排与环境质量变化分析

摘 要: 随着社会经济的快速发展及人口数量的增长，人们对资源的需求量不断增加，面对资源约束趋紧，环境污染严重，生态环境破坏等多重危机，我国“十一五”规划纲要提出了节能减排政策，这是我国社会经济发展的一项长远战略方针，也是当前一项极为迫切的任务。本文首先对六安市能源消耗现状进行了调查，并通过对“十一五”期间地表水环境主要污染物（COD）和空气环境主要污染物(SO2)的排放量的统计，分析了六安市节能减排程度与环境质量变化之间的关系，提出今后六安市节能减排和环境保护对策与建议。 关键词:节能减排；环境质量变化；六安市

Analysis of the Energy Conservation and Emission Reduction and

the Variations of Environment Quality of Lu’an City

Abstract: Nowadays, with the rapid development of the social economy and the growth of population, the demand for the resource grows. Hence, National energy conservation and emission reduction policy was presented in the Eleventh Five-Year Plan of China in face of the situation of the multiple crises of the resource constraints, serious environmental pollution, ecological environment destruction, etc. Energy conservation is not only a long-term concept of strategy of the State for national economic development, but also an extremely urgent task.

This book begins by making a fact-fielding survey on the current situation of the energy consumption of Lu’an city and analyzing the relationship between the effect of the energy conservation and emission reduction and the variation of the environment quality of Lu’an city by making a statistics of the emissions of COD(as one of main ground water pollutants) and SO2 (as one of main air pollutants) during Eleventh Five-Year Plan period. And then, several future advises and responses to energy conservation and emission
