化妆品美白剂(VC乙基醚)合成及条件优化
摘要:L-抗坏血酸,即维生素C(简称VC),参与很多体内的生理活动,不仅作为药物在保持和促进人体健康中起到重要的作用,而且作为酸味剂、还原剂、抗氧化剂、漂白剂和稳定剂用于化妆品和食品中。但是VC容易被氧化且脂溶性较差,使得VC在应用上受到了很大地限制。本研究通过对VC的3-位羟基结构进行修饰,通过单因素和正交试验优化合成条件,旨在缩短反应时间,提高产率,增强VC的稳定性和脂溶性。

Cosmetics beautiful Bai Ji (the VC ethyl ether) synthesizes and
the condition optimization
Abstract: L- antiscorbutic acid, namely Vitamin C (i.e. VC), participation very polysome in physiological activity, not only took the medicine plays the vital role in the maintenance and in the promotion human body health, moreover as the sour odor medicinal preparation, the reducing agent, the oxidation inhibitor, the bleaching agent and the stabilizer uses in the cosmetics and food.But VC is oxidized easily also the fat soluble is bad, causes VC to receive in the application has limited very greatly.This research through carries on the beautification to the VC 3- hydroxyl structure, through the single factor and the orthogonal experiment optimization synthesis condition, is for the purpose of reducing the reaction time, enhances the production rate, strengthens VC the stability and the fat soluble.
