As far as I am concerned, teachers play different roles in different times in my life. In the

class, teachers are leaders who open the door of knowledge for us, so we must respect them. After class, so friendly and kind teachers were that we should treat them as our friends.

Hardly do we doubt that getting on well with teachers benefits us a lot. Firstly, we can solve the difficulties more easily which is found in exercises. Secondly, we can absorb experience through teachers’ experiences. The last but not least, we can get help from teachers who act as our parents when we are in trouble.

Most people used to think their teachers as despotic and almighty. However , it is not. Now, there is some kind of interactivity between teachers and us that requires mutually understanding. Yet, if we’ve done something wrong, they may also punish us.

There is no doubt that teacher-student relationship play a vital role in our daily life. Therefore, learning how to get along well with our teachers is of vital importance. From, my point of view, to get along well with teachers means understanding each other. What’ more, when we are in a dilemma and could not find a way to get out of it ,we should turn to teachers for help and consider carefully in their position.

It benefits us a lot to get along well with teachers. As for a student, he should always know that what the teachers does is for the benefits of his students. For instance, we can understand what they are thinking, by which, we will be more eager to learn and make more hard work. Moreover, we can build up a good interpersonal relationship, which helps deal with others smoothly.

I used to be a shy and speechless boy. Only when I talked to my teachers deeply can understand their thoughts, which help me open my mind to be more active. After that, I showed great respects to all my teachers and became more hardworking.

All in all, building up a harmonious and mutually beneficial relationship does good to our growth , without which we couldn’t grow up truly forever! (有删减)
