摘要

本次规划以生态理念、人文理念、现代都市田园生活理念、均好共赢理念为出发点,力图以个性化空间的重、整体生态环境的营造、均质空间和均质景观、空间的场所化和空间的戏剧化为规划目的规划设计以“人居、环境、空间、效益”为指导原则并综合分析该地块在区域城市总体规划中的地位,以及区域交通、地理、功能对该地块的规划作用及影响。设计中以现代简约的建筑风格创造出清新自然的小区形象,贯彻以人为本的朴实思维,遵循“生态、环保、智能”的设计原则,注重新型建材及建筑科技的应用。 关键词:

The points of this plan are taking the concept of ecological, humanistic philosophy rural life, all based on the win-win idea. The purposes of planning is reshaping the character space,creating an overall ecological environment, homogeneous and heterogeneous landscape of space, establishing space and the theater space. The planning and designing is regard “habitat ,the environment ,space ,and efficiency” as

the guiding principles, with the comprehensive analysis of the position plot in the whole regional urban planning, as well as influence of regional transportation, geography ,function. In design using simple style of modern and ‘architecture’, with the example of Suzhou gardens. The overall arrangement of gardens emphasizes on the transfer of simple virescence to the are of garden. It makes the nature the subject matter of the Yijingyuan Garden, while the architecture is the subsidiary one. The principles of the arrangement are ‘natural’,’historical’,’approachable’and ‘artistic’, with which it analyses the status of the area in city and relative transportation, geogtaphy and function. It concentrates on the reflection of the culture of corporation, the extension of the culture of the brand and continuity of its style. Key words:
