张力机减速器上箱体零件结构及工艺工装设计

摘 要:减速器是原动机和工作机之间的独立的闭式传动装置,用来降低转速和

增大转矩。本文按照零件工艺设计的基本流程,经过对比论证,选择了实用正确的工艺路线。首先,对上箱体的结构进行了设计,其次从零件工艺分析到工艺流程的确定以及切削用量的计算,每步都给出了详细的说明。还设计了箱体零件铣削夹具,对切削力、夹紧力、定位误差进行了计算,对工作原理以及使用方法也给出了详细的解释。最后,通过专业软件,绘制出夹具的三维图,并给出装配过程。整个设计完成了箱体零件的工艺工装设计,并且设计出了实用的夹具。

The Design of Parts Structure and Processing Technology and

Equipment of the Upper Casing on Reduction Gear

Abstract: Reduction gear box is a closed independent gearing, which links electric motor

and working machine, to cut down speed and increase torque. According to the basic sequence of parts' process principle, the practical and correct manufacturing process was chose through comparison of the different process. After comparative studies, I have chosen a correct and practical process route. At first, the design of the upper casing’s structure in my paper. Secondly, it gives a detailed statement from the analysis of parts' processing technology to the decision of process route. Next, it includes three parts, the design of fixture, the fixture force of every requirement, and detailed explanation of theory and usage. Three-dimensional map of tongs has been painted through a professional software, and the assemblage process as well. The whole design completes the design of processing technology and equipment of the parts and makes out practical tongs.
