摘要

库存管理是制造企业管理的核心部分，仓储管理系统是集库房管理、货物管理、出入库管理、盘点等功能于一体的管理信息系统，是物流信息系统平台的重要组成模块。目前国内外的仓储管理系统软件比较发达，由于库存管理的重要性，库存管理除作为ERP系统软件的模块进行开发以外，目前市场上也有许多单独开发的库存管理系统软件。

本论文在对仓储管理系统进行研究的基础上，主要以Candel ERP系统为研究对象，以电机制造业为研究背景。通过分析昆英电机生产有限责任公司的业务流程和数据资料，对系统的各个模块进行实践操作，重点实践库存管理模块。文中阐述了该模块的功能、基本流程及其数据结构、数据处理过程等，并对该系统的实体关系模型进行分析。本文还分析了国内外WMS的研究现状和发展趋势，经过对电机制造业和Candel ERP系统的深入研究，改进了企业的业务流程。同时，对智能仓储进行设想，实现紧急订单处理智能化；在企业的库存预测中实现关键产品等级预测、分等级预测报警，为企业提供智能库存预测；安全库存与订货批量的智能化决策支持等这些方面都是提高库存管理和控制水平的关键因素，也是智能仓储发展的方向。

ABSTRACT

Inventory management is a core part of the manufacturing enterprise management; Warehouse Management System is a system which sets warehouse management, cargo management, in/out of storage management, stock take and other functions into one information management systems, it is an important component module of logistics information system platform.At present the domestic and foreign warehouse management system software is developed, due to the importance of inventory management, inventory management, in addition to the development other than as a module of the ERP system software, on the market today there are many separate development of the inventory management system software.

This thesis is based on the Warehouse Management System; mainly take the Candel ERP system as the research object, and the motor manufacturing industry as the research background. Through the analysis of Kun Ying motor production of a limited liability company’s business processes and data, practicing the modules of the system and focus on practicing the inventory management module. The paper elaborates the function, the basic process, the data structures, the data processing of this module, and analyzes the entity-relationship model of the system. And this article analyzes the domestic and international research status and the development trend of WMS, through the in-depth study of the motor manufacturing and Candel ERP system, improving the enterprise's business processes. At the same time, it conceives the smart warehouse ideas, implements the emergency orders processing intelligent; and proposes key product grade forecast and hierarchical forecast alarm in the enterprise inventory prediction to provide enterprises with intelligent inventory forecasting; what’s more, safety stock and decision support of order quantities are the key factors of improving inventory management and controlling these aspects, it also prefer the direction of development of intelligent storage.
