the Chinese children study more, actually pay little attention to the practice, and cannot study for the purpose of application. Therefore, it is very important for Chinese family education to cultivate the idea of unifying the study and practice.

As a matter of fact, there are a large number of similarities between our traditional family education and American?s in many aspects. The different culture models result in different deeds. Proceeding from the native facts we should take a straight look at the two countries? family education and Chinese family education should select the refined and discard the crude, pick up the advantages of American family education. It is necessary for Chinese parents to change the wrong conception of family education and derive the essence from American family education. To set up true love education, democratic education and personalized education. I believe the family education in China can be greatly improved and make a contribution to the development of our country.
