简单说一下，如何区别sourcing, purchase, procurement, buyer, merchandiser
一般来说soucing多于strategy联系在一起，主要指供应商选择评估管理，项目的开发&转移，询价报价，商务条款协议的谈判和确定，采购工作的整体规划（或者某类物料），采购市场（具体物料及原材料）信息跟踪收集分析，相关物流仓储的安排等等
Purchasing 与 procurement: 通常情况下如果一个公司把sourcing 和 order process职能放在同一部门，则多用Purchasing department描述；如果两个职能分开，则会同时有sourcing department 和procurement department，procurement多指订单处理，制订订单计划，供应商日常考核，与其他部门商定物料库存计划，甚至会包括物料运输物流等等方面的职能
通常如sourcing 和 order process 属于同一个部门，则buyer需严格按照sourcing确立好的各项条款进行下单，比如某个物料向哪一个供应商购买，购买比例如何等等；如果分属两个部门，原则上order process同样遵循sourcing制订的针对供应商的各项条款，但是实际上工作中，会较前者有一定的灵活性，但是不能有大的偏差，如有确有问题，仍然必须回到sourcing的职能
Buer一般来说都是指针对订单处理这个职能，在某些快消或商业行业或者一般的工业品采购及贸易公司，buyer有可能要兼一些sourcing的工作，但是他们的采购物品，大多是市场上“已经存在”的产品，定制化比较少，或者定制化程度低。商业零售等领域也会称为Merchandiser
采购或者说sourcing,一样只是一份工作，如要做的好，则需要具备比较好的交流沟通的能力技巧和意识，对行业产品有较深的认识和理解，思路清晰严谨，善于平衡把握各种因素，同时要有很好的危机意识和危机管理能力 Neue Lackiererei涂装车间
