我国企业文化建设的问题和对策
内容提要
企业文化是在企业管理实践中产生的，它在世界各国的兴起，是现代企业管理科学逻辑发展的必然结果。企业文化对企业的价值观的统一、组织规范、行为准则、产品的服务、组织的建设与运作等方面具有独特的作用，建设好企业文化可以促使企业提高组织绩效，是企业发展的有效方法。本文结合管理学和经济学等理论，在介绍企业文化内涵和重要性的基础上，探究我国企业文化建设的现状和常见的问题，分析了如何有效完善企业文化建设。

Abstract
The enterprise culture is the enterprise management practice, it is in the world arisen, the modern enterprise management is the inevitable result of the development of science and logic. The enterprise culture to the enterprise values of unity, organization code, code of conduct, product service, organization construction and operation has a unique role, build good corporate culture can urge the enterprise to improve the organizational performance, enterprise development is the effective method. In this paper, the combination of management science and economics theory, introduces the connotation of enterprise culture and the importance of the basis, research our country enterprise culture construction present situation and common problems, on how to effectively improve the building of enterprise culture.
