中国医疗管理科学2019年5月第9卷第3期?Chinese?Journal?of?Medical?Management?Sciences,??May?2019,?Vol.9?No.317·医疗管理科学论坛·SWOT分析在医院国际合作交流中的应用王鑫睿???艾亮【摘要】 文章采用SWOT分析法，对广州某三级甲等综合性医院国际合作交流开展的内部优势（S）、劣势（W）和外部机会（O）、挑战（T）进行要素分析，总结出医院具备深厚发展底蕴、科研蓬勃发展等优势，以及发展不均衡、资金支持不足、交流零散、缺乏系统指导、外事人才欠缺等劣势；同时面临着上级政策支持与外界医疗需求的机遇和市场快速发展带来的竞争挑战。文章在深入分析上述各要素的基础上，运用SWOT分析中提供的战略归纳法对医院采取的应对措施，如打造特色学科群、科研与临床专家对接、精细化定位发展、多部门协同运作等进行归纳凝练，并针对分析结果提出了构建考核体系、探索新机制的发展建议，以期今后能进一步完善国际合作交流的工作机制，促进医院的国际化发展。【关键词】国际合作交流； SWOT分析；医院管理；学科建设【中图分类号】R197Application of SWOT analysis in international cooperation and exchange in a tertiary hospitalWang Xinrui, Ai Liang. Sun Yat-Sen Memorial Hospital, Sun Yat-Sen University, Guangzhou 510120, Guangdong Province, ChinaCorresponding author: Wang Xinrui, Email: 372373562@qq.com【Abstract】 Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats (SWOT) analysis of the international cooperation and exchange was carried out in a tertiary general hospital in Guangzhou. The results showed that the hospital had strengths including solid developmental background and vigorous development in scientific and technical research; and had weaknesses including unbalanced development, inadequate financial support, scattered exchanges, lack of systematic training, and lack of talents in foreign exchanges. Meanwhile, the hospital was confronted with opportunities from the policy supports by the government as well as competition and challenges due to the increased medical demands and rapid market development. Based on the results of SWOT analysis using the strategic induction methods, countermeasures were proposed as follows: constructing featured discipline groups, linking scientific research experts with clinical experts, refining developmental directions, and promoting multi-department collaboration.
