1.概述:
1.1工程概况
中油**石化改扩建炼油及新建乙烯工程(化工部分)18万吨/年SSBR/SRS装置,我公司负责装置街区、掺混、汽提、聚合、引发剂配置、原料与溶剂精制及化学品配置A内框架钢结构的防火涂装施工,施工量较大与工艺管道的施工易产生交叉作业,为保证后续工程顺利进行,确保防火施工质量,便于统筹安排,特编制此方案。 1.2防火要求
1.2.1装置钢结构防火等级为二级,耐火极限≥1.5h;防火涂料为新疆天府防火材料有限责任公司生产的SWH室外厚型防火涂料。
1.2.2当图纸无防火要求时根据设计说明进行防火施工: 1.2.2.1覆盖耐火层的部位:
a) 支承设备钢框架:单层框架的梁、柱及主要支撑;多层框架的楼板为透空的钢格板时,地面以上10m范
围的梁、柱及主要支撑;多层框架的楼板为封闭式楼板时,自该层楼板面以上10m范围的梁、柱及主要支撑;钢框架支承于混凝土平台或楼面时,自该混凝土平台或楼面以上10m范围的梁、柱及主要支撑。 b) 支承设备钢支架:全部梁、柱及主要支撑。
c) 钢结构管廊在距地面8米(包括8米)高度范围内的梁、柱及支撑。 1.2.2.2承重钢框架、支架、管架的下列部位,可不覆盖耐火层: a) 不承受或传递设备、管道垂直载荷的次梁、联系梁; b) 用于支承楼板、钢格板的梁的顶面; c) 仅用于抵抗风和地震载荷的支撑。 1.2.3具体防火涂装情况如下表:

3.施工准备
3.1防火涂料已入场报检完毕,主要施工机具和技措手段用料已配备。
3.2施工人员按施工劳动力组织计划配置。有关技术人员应参加建设单位组织的设计交底及图纸汇编,并对各施工队进行安全技术交底和技术培训;施工队应熟悉施工图纸、施工方案、技术交底的要求,并准备必要的施工工具;特殊工种应持证上岗。所有施工人员应进行入场安全教育培训并考试合格后方可进入现场施工。 3.3由主管文明施工部门对入场施工人员提前进行文明施工教育,增强全体施工人员的文明施工意识,确保施工质量和安全。
4.施工方法
4.1 材料验收及保管
4.1.1钢结构防火涂料出场时,产品质量应符合有关标准的规定,并附有涂料名称,技术性能、生产批号,生产日期和使用说明书,并附型式检验报告。
4.1.2每使用500吨厚型防火涂料应抽样检测一次粘结强度和抗压强度。
4.1.3经检验和验收合格的防火涂料,应存放在干燥通风的料棚内;涂料应架离地面,防止风吹雨淋、受潮变质;受潮结块变质的涂料,不得使用。 4.2施工程序
施工准备—搭设脚手架—材料交接和清点—人工除尘—防锈处理—(刷无机富锌底漆) —防锈处理质量检查—粘钉—涂料拌和—喷防火涂料第一遍(厚度5mm)—质量检查—铺网—喷防火涂料第二遍(厚度5—8mm)—质量检查—抹或喷涂防火涂料第三遍(厚度8—10mm) —质量检查—达到防火设计要求的厚度—报验—竣工
