主梁施工组织设计
1. 编制依据:
设计院提供的图纸资料;总监办下发的文件和要求, 《丽水XX大桥工程项目专用技术标准》ZCTC-02-368, 《公路工程质量评定标准》JTJ071-98, 《公路工程施工平安技术标准》JTJ076-95, 《公路工程桥涵施工技术标准》JTJ041-2000。 2. 概述:
工程概况
本工程主桥为160+160米单塔双索面预应力砼斜拉桥,主梁、塔墩固结体系。主梁为预应力砼肋板式梁,梁面顶宽,底部宽,梁高。每一施工梁段均有两道横隔板,其纵向间距一样为4m,厚度。主梁砼设计强度为C55,共6607M3砼。主梁纵向设有适量的预应力直线钢束,以提高主梁抗裂性和抗击施工中局部拉应力,该直线钢束拟采纳连接器接长。桥面板部份设置纵向?25精轧螺纹钢预应力,并采纳连接器接长。
斜拉索在塔上垂直索距~米,在梁上水平纵向索距为8米,塔端、梁端都为张拉端锚具,与梁段相对应,设17层索,共计68根。斜拉索长度为~,重量为~,单根索的张拉力为210T~410T。斜拉索为高强低松弛镀锌平行钢丝制成的热挤聚乙烯成品拉索, 镀锌钢丝直径为
7mm,标准强度品级为1670Mpa,钢丝性能符合GB5223-85《预应力混凝土用钢丝》的规定要求。拉索防护: 镀锌钢丝扭 -2-
