摘 要

近年来,随着网络信息的高速发展,人们对于互联网的接受度、应用度都有很大提高。互联网为处于发展劣势的中小外贸企业提供了新的机遇,电子商务对中小外贸企业的市场开拓,企业形象的提升,企业竞争力的增强有着突出作用。但是电子商务相对于我国传统企业而言是一种新生事物,绝大所数中小外贸企业对于电子商务的认识依然很表面化。再加上中小外贸企业由于资金、技术等各方面的限制,中小外贸企业的电子商务发展历程并不顺利,发展观念落后、缺乏品牌知名度等问题依旧突出。本文首先阐释了电子商务的概念及类型,继而分析电子商务在中小外贸企业应用存在的问题,最后根据提出的问题,提出了转变中小外贸企业管理者观念、依据企业战略目标拓展线上业务、提高品牌特性和关注度和完善网站建设等对策。

Abstract

In recent years, with the rapid development of network information, people have greatly improved the acceptance and application of the internet. The Internet provides new opportunities for small and medium sized foreign trade enterprises which are in a disadvantaged position. E-commerce plays a prominent role in the market development of small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises, the promotion of corporate image and the enhancement of enterprise competitiveness. However, compared with traditional enterprises in China, e-commerce is a new thing, and the number of small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises is still very superficial understanding of e-commerce. In addition, small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises, due to funding, technology and other aspects of restrictions, small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises in e-commerce development process is not smooth, backward development concept, lack of brand awareness and other issues still outstanding. This paper first explains the concept and types of e-commerce, e-commerce and analysis of small and medium sized foreign trade enterprises in the application of the existing problems, finally put forward according to the problems, put forward to change the management of small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises' concept, according to the strategic objectives of enterprises expand online business and enhance the brand characteristics and the degree of attention and Countermeasures to improve the construction site.
