关于保护非物质文化遗产的调查报告
一、摘要
非物质文化遗产是依托于人本身而存在,以声音、形象和技艺为表现手段,并以身口相传作为文化链而得以延续,是“活”文化及其传统中最脆弱的部分。因此对于非物质文化遗产传承的过程来说,人显得尤为重要。
文化常常是转瞬即逝的,不可再生的,一旦消亡或流失,在落后的记录手段和技术条件下,基本无法恢复或再生,这就意味着民间的非物质文化遗产虽然丰富,但也很脆弱。目前,我国非物质文化遗产发掘整理和保护行动落后于它的消亡速度,呈现出岌岌可危的现状,如民间戏曲、戏剧在衰落,年画、剪纸、皮影正在逐渐消失。而与此同时,中华民族文化的独特性和不可替代性正吸引着世界目光。
为此我们成立了调研队,针对聊城市及周边地区的非物质文化遗产进行调研,了解统计当地非物质文化遗产的现状,为保护非物质文化遗产贡献一份力量。 二、关键词

根据联合国教科文组织通过的《保护非物质文化遗产公约》中的定义,“非物质文化遗产”指被各群体、团体,有时为个人所视为其文化遗产的各种实践、表演、表现形式、知识体系和技能及其有关的工具、实物、工艺品和文化场所。各个群体和团体随着其所处环境与自然界的相互关系和历史条件的变化,不断使这种代代相传的非物质文化遗产得到创新,同时使他们自己具有一种认同感和历史感,从而促进了文化多样性和人类创造力。
非物质文化遗产是各族人民世代相承与群众生活密切相关的各种传统文化表现形式和文化空间。非物质文化遗产既是历史发展的见证,又是珍贵的、具有重要价值的文化资源。我国是一个历史悠久的文明古国,不仅有大量的物质文化遗产,而且有丰富的
