Nowadays,cell phones have been getting more and more popular in our life. We can get in touch with our friends and relatives easier than ever before with the help of cell phones.
However, overusing cell phones leads us to an unbelievable situation: it makes face-to-face munication less and less among people. Information on Wechat, Weibo and some other social networking has drawn all of our attentions.We keep our eyes on the screen around the corner of every second. In many organizations，perhaps the best way to plete certain new projects is to gather a group of people into a team.
