摘要

经济发展与环境保护并不是两个独立的问题，近年来我国经济快速发展，可是在发展中暴露出的问题，却不容乐观。“人无远虑，必有近忧”，我们不能天天陶醉于经济的高速增长中。分析经济发展与环境破坏程度的对比得出结论，要发展经济，更要保护环境。20世纪80年代以来,中国社会进入了改革、开放与发展的转型期,人口迅速增长和现代化工业飞速发展,大量的生产、大量的消费和大量的废弃物向环境中排放的有害物质大量的增加,环境质量快速恶化。随着经济的发展,人们生活水平的提高,对生活的环境也提出了较高的水准。因此,我国在加快经济发展的同时要加快对生存环境的治理。正确处理环境保护与经济建设二者之间的关系,把环境问题成为制约经济社会发展的“瓶颈”变成经济发展的“推动器”。

Abstract
