前 言

制定本规范旨在为了更好地贯彻国家对电力设备、电能质量等有关方面的标准和管理规定,保证高压电力滤波装置的安全可靠运行和良好的技术性能指标,确保电网和用户供电设备的安全运行,保障供电电能质量。
