HPLC 测定当归益血口服液中芍药苷的含量

【摘要】Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of peoniflorin in Danggui Yixue oral liquid.Methods The determination was performed on C18(250mm ×4.6mm,5μm).The mobile phase consisted of isopropanol-water-glacial acetic acid (4.8:95:0.2) at a flow rate of 1.5 mL? min-1 .The detection wavelength was set at 230nm.Results The linear range of peoniflorin was 11.886μg~99.049μg(r=0.999),with average recovery at 100.68%,RSD=2.5%(n=9).Conclusion The method was proved to be simple, accurate, reproducible and specific, and it can be used for the quality control and evaluation .%目的：建立以高效液相色谱法测定当归益血口服液中芍药苷含量的方法。方法色谱柱为C18柱（250 mm ×4．6 mm，5μm），流动相为异丙醇－水－冰醋酸（4．8：95：0．2），检测波长为230 nm，流速为1．5 mL?min－1，结果芍药苷进样量在11．886μg～99．049μg范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系（r＝0．999）；平均回收率为100．68％，RSD＝2．5％（n＝9）。结论本方法简便、准确、重现性好、专属性强，可用于该制剂的质量控制和评价。 【总页数】3页(958-960)
