浅谈建筑设计的经济性分析

【摘要】随着社会经济的快速发展，人们的生活水平也在不断的提高。城市多层建筑的质量标准的要求也越来越高。作为国民经济发展的重要支柱，建筑业不仅受经济条件的制约，其本身还影响社会经济的发展。建筑设计的经济性主要是指选择适当的材料以及施工方式，争取以最低的成本建造出既经济又符合要求的建筑物。本文主要从建筑设计的经济理念进行分析，阐述了我国建筑设计经济性的现状以及建筑设计经济性的影响因素，并提出了相关措施。

[ Abstract ] with the rapid development of social economy, people’s living standard has been improved. City building quality standard requirements are also getting higher and higher. As the important support of national economy, construction industry is not only influenced by the economic condition restrict, its itself also affects the development of social economy. Architectural design economy mainly refers to the selection of appropriate materials and construction methods, for the lowest cost construction of both economy and meet the requirements of building. This article mainly from the architectural design concept of economic analysis, elaborated our country economic situation of architectural design and architectural design economic influence factors, and put forward relevant measures.

1前言

目前，我国处于建筑行业快速发展期，同时，这对于我国的建筑发展来说，也是一个重新思考的时期。在我国，建筑设计一直以来都是一项复杂的综合性工程，无论是建筑设计的前期策划、方案设计，还是建筑技术设计的深化阶段，他们在不同的工作阶段都始终贯彻着建筑设计的经济性这个理念。我国所研究的建筑设计的经济性，是对建筑设计经济性的分析，让人们意识到经济性在建筑设计中的作用。我国在建筑设计上，对经济性的重视不够，对问题的认识也比较片面，这就需要我们更加认真的对建筑设计进行分析。

2我国建筑设计的经济性的基本理念和现状

2.1基本理念

建筑设计的各个目标之间是相互联系、制约的关系。巨大的物质消耗对建筑设计的经济有着制约性的要求，所以，可以对建筑的空间、布局等方面进行设计，并通过这些有效的设计，以有限的经济条件来达到经济设计的要求或者创造出更多的价值。
