【摘要】Objective:To solve the inconvenience of the traditional method for bone marrow cytology in clinical laboratory of hospital,for example,the workload of registration of relevant information,report form,data statistics and information inquiry were big,report was not clean and standardized,query statistics was inconvenient.Methods:We established a database and the database tables using Access2003.We set up the project,designed the required forms and reports,developed the bone marrow cytology software in VB6.0.Results:Application showed that,the software operation was good in Windows XP and Windows 2000,it realized the registration of relevant information,report printing,information query and other functions.Conclusion:The software has the characteristics of small volume,occupying less system resources,running fast,easy to use,more functions and so on,it improves the efficiency and quality of work.%目的：解决医院检验科传统手工方法进行骨髓细胞学检查相关信息的登记、报告单填写、资料统计和信息查询工作量大、报告单不够整洁规范、查询统计不便等问题。方法：用 Access2003建立数据库及所需数据库表。在VB6.0中建立项目，设计所需窗体和报表，开发制作骨髓细胞学检查软件。结果：使用情况表明，软件在 Windows XP、
