摘要：描述了全自动洗衣机控制系统的运作要求。实现了洗衣机进水、洗涤、排水、脱水、报警到自动停机的循环过程。设计了相应的系统软件，结合相应的硬件系统，并通过系西门子S7-200系列的plc仿真系统模拟出全自动洗衣机的运行过程。此项设计对提高学生的动手能力和帮助学生对一些理论知识的理解都具有积极作用。可编程控制器(PLC)是以计算机技术为核心的通用自动化控制装置,它的功能性强,可靠性高,编程简单,使用方便,体积小巧,近年来在工业生产中得到广泛的应用,被誉为当代工业自动化主要支柱之一。

在现代的社会，全自动洗衣机进入各个家庭，本文介绍了PLC用于全自动洗衣机的控制系统，其可改进现有技术的不足，简化结构，有利于降低成本和提高可靠性。

ABSTRACT：Have described that the full-automatic washing machine controls the systematic operation request .Have come true the washing machine drains away water from water-entering , cleaning , dehydration , gives an alarm to the circulation process stopping calculation voluntarily. Have designed corresponding system software , having put up full-automatic washing machine operation process combining with the corresponding hardware system ,and the simulated PLC system imitate passing the S7-200 of company series .this item designs that the ability and understanding helping a student to a little theory knowledge all have the active effect to getting to work improving a student . PLC is takes core to control devised the calculator technique as the in general use automation control equip to computer skills. Its function is strong, the credibility is high, the plait distance is simple, the usage is convenient, the physical volume is cleverly made, in these years.

In the modern time, the Full-automatic washer is entering every family. The article introduces a new decelerating clutch, which is used in fully-auto washing machine, it can improve the current technology, simplify structure, it is also helpful to reduce cost and increases reliability.
