Time spent in a bookshop can be most enjoyable, whether you are a book-lover or only there to buy a book as a present. You may even have entered the shop just to find a shelter from a sudden shower. Saturday, May 15—India's most famous political family is set to return to power after voters(选民) brought out one of the biggest electoral upsets in the country's history.

In an exciting victory Thursday, Sonia Gandhi's Congress Party and its supporters won 279 of the 545 seats in the national parliament(国会). Loser Atal Behari Vajpayee resigned on Friday after serving as India's Prime Minister for nearly six years.
