1. What’s Mechanical Leveling(ML) ?

The operation of ML is firstly wax-filling the mechanized

cotton-wheel and then rubbing the metal parts with specified RPM. High temperature(by rubbing) in combination with wax-lubricating enables the parts to be leveled by eliminating defects like indent, contour-burring and streak from nail scratch and stamping.

2. Which materials are applicable for ML ?

ML can work on stainless steel(SUS), copper(Cu),

Aluminium(Al), zinc(Zn) and titanium(Ti).

3. What cosmetic effects does Mechanical Leveling make ?

Smooth, neat and mirror-like surface can be realized.

Since 2001, more than 100 million parts have been produced which comprises over thirty hand-held devices.

Mechanical Leveling can eliminate surface flaws and serves as

precursor for anodizing, chemical-etching, electroplating and vacuum

coating. So far, it has been widely employed in the surface smothering of metallic enclosures for cellular phones, PDAs and computer(both desktop ＆ laptop).
