【摘要】Objective:To investigate the value of VATS-assisted small incision in the treatment of lung cancer.Methods:82 cases of lung cancer in our hospital from January 2012 to 2013 July were randomly divided into two groups with 41cases in each group.The control group was given conventional thoracotomy lobectomy while the observation group was given VATS assisted small incision lobectomy,and the surgical cases and incidence of complications were observed between the two groups.Results:There was no significantly difference in operative time between

groups

(P>0.05);The

incision

length,blood

loss,postoperative analgesia and the average hospital stay of observation group were (6.02±1.00) cm,(156.55±19.57) ml,(2.13±0.20) d and (6.87±1.20) d,which were significantly lower than those of control group (P<0.05);The complication rate of observation group was 4.88%,which was significantly lower than 14.63% of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:VATS-assisted with small incision lobectomy has significant effect in treatment of lung cancer and it can be achieved to the elimination and it is safe,which is worthy of further promotion and
