摘要
面对日益激烈的市场竞争,只有有效的降低企业的生产成本,增加企业利润,提高管理水平,并且不断加强企业资源的整合与管理,才是企业立足之根本,随着信息化社会的飞速发展,高效率的管理整合企业资源,使企业管理层能够准确的市场定位及合理的企业决策变得有章可循,有据可依。ERP作为现代企业管理中不可或缺的有力管理工具,是企业信息化进度的重要标志,而对于制造型企业库存管理是企业的第二利润源泉,合理的库存管理直接影响着企业的成本和利润,也是制造型企业长期困扰的问题。
本文以上海东冠纸业有限公司库存管理的业务需求为前提,结合WMS系统与ERP库存管理系统的特点,以JDE系统为主体,对两个系统影响到库存的业务进行接口设计与开发,解决了企业内部WMS系统与JDE库存管理系统信息孤岛问题,并以此为例来关注实施JDE的企业是如何解决企业内部多部门多系统相似信息及时传递的解决方案,达到使企业内部数据流动通畅,及时反映企业的仓储情况的效果。

Abstract
With the increasingly fierce market competition, only effectively reduces the production costs, increases the profit, improves the management level and constantly integrates and manages enterprise resources can enterprises be established in the industry. The rapid development of information and efficient integration of enterprise resource management ensure the enterprise management easily make the accurately market positioning and reasonable business decisions. As an integral part of modern management tools, ERP is an important symbol of enterprise information progress. Inventory management for manufacturing companies is the company's second profit source, the reasonable directly impact on inventory management costs and profits of the enterprises, it’s also a problem bored the enterprises.
According to the SOCP company inventory management business requirements, with ERP system combining WMS inventory management system with the characteristics of JDE system as the main, design the interface between the systems, solved the information island case between the enterprise internal WMS system and JDE inventory management system. Further illustrate the solution that solve the enterprise internal departments deliver timely information, make the enterprise internal data flowing unobstructed, respond the storage conditions timely. Based on this point, explain the connection and data transmission problem of JDE system and enterprise multiple system.
