【摘要】Hyperthyroidism is uncommon in children.24 cases were treated in our hospital from Decemher,1974 to August,1982,accounting for 1.8%of its total cases during that period.18 cases were treated with subtotal thyroidectomy and six were treated non.surgically.All the cases were followed up for 4 years on an average.The result of the surgically treated

group

proved

better.The

improved

technique,proper

preoperative preparation and careful nursing all helped avoid comglications

such

as

vocal

cord

paralysis,crisis,recurrence,hypothyroidism and hypoparathyroidism.And no death was reported in our series.%@@ 我科自1974年12月至1982年8月共收治小儿甲状腺机能亢进症24例,并对全部病例进行了随访观察,现介绍如下.rn临床资料rn一、一般资料rn24例中,女22例,男2例.年龄为10～15岁,平均年龄12.5岁.原发性甲状腺机能亢进症23例,继发于结节性甲状腺肿1例.病期最长5年,最短者1个月.均无特殊诱因. 【总页数】2页(23-24) 【关键词】
