摘 要

毕业设计是每一位土木工程学生的必修课，我的毕业设计是某住宅楼设计。设计的内容是建筑设计和结构设计。在建筑设计中，应主要考虑建筑的使用性能，并满足安全性、适用性及耐久性要求。按照每间住宅的布置以及走廊的布置确定。结构设计中，主要进行了剪力墙几何特征及刚度计算、重力荷载计算、水平荷载计算、结构水平位移计算、内力组合及主要墙体截面配筋等。

本工程为金珂花苑 3#楼，项目位于玉溪市元江县城，建筑面积为16717.78米2，高度为59.4米，设计使用年限为50年，建筑类别为一类高层建筑

Abstract

Graduation design is a compulsory course for every civil engineering students. My graduation design is the design of a residential building. The content of the design is architectural design and structure design. In architectural design, the use of the building should be mainly considered, and meet the requirements of safety, applicability and durability. Determine the layout of each house and the layout of the corridor. In structural design, the geometric features of the shear wall, the calculation of the stiffness, the calculation of the gravity load, the calculation of the horizontal load, the calculation of the horizontal displacement of the structure, the combination of internal force and the section of the main wall are calculated.
