Ask Ss to read 2d and finish the chart. Play the tape.

Ss read 2d and finish the chart.

Find out the Wang Ming’s and Claudia’s opinion towards Yu Gong Moves the Mountains.

Find out the teacher’s conclusion.

Read after the tape and then role play the dialogue. Step 3 Reading

Show the pictures of the Monkey King. Play the song “敢问路在何方”

Finish off the task in Activity 4b.

Get the students to have an another story.

Read the story of the Snow White and fill in the blanks. Know some foreign story. Step 6 Homework

Retell the story of “a journey to the west”.
