我国中小企业财务风险及其对策研究
摘 要：财务风险，实质是一种微观经济风险，是企业理财活动风险的集中体现，市场经济条件下,每个企业都面临着无处不在、无时不在的风险,财务风险作为一种客观存在的经济风险贯穿于企业各个财务环节,是各种风险因素在企业财务上的集中体现。如何控制和防范财务风险,是摆在企业经营者和财务人员面前的一个重要课题,同时也是现代企业所面临的一个重要问题，财务风险十客观存在的。企业财务风险管理的目的在于了解风险的类型和特点,健全风险管理机制,将损失降至最低程度,为企业创造最大的收益。本文从分析财务风险的类型和形成原因出发,阐述企业控制与防范财务风险的对策,提出预测、防范财务风险的建议。

Our country small and medium-sized enterprise financial risk
and Its Countermeasures
Abstract：the financial risk, the essence is one kind of microscopic economic risk, is the enterprise financial risk centralism manifests, under the condition of market economy, every enterprise faces everywhere, not in the risk, financial risk exists objectively as a kind of economic risk is perforative at the enterprise in all financial aspects, is a variety of risks factors in the concentration of corporate financial embodiment. How to control and prevent financial risks, is placed in the business and financial personnel in front of an important topic, but also the modern enterprises are facing an important issue. Financial risk is objective existence, enterprise's financial risk management objective is to understand the risk type and the characteristic, perfect the risk management mechanism, reduce the loss to the lowest degree, for enterprise to create the greatest benefits. This paper analyzes the types and causes of formation of financial risk of enterprise, expounds the control and measures to guard against financial risks, is proposed to predict, financial risk prevention suggestions.
