1 总则
1.0.1 为加强装配式混凝土结构预制构件制作、施工和验收过程中的管理，使构件制作、施工和验收各环节处于有序的受控状态，保证工程质量，制定本规程。
1.0.2 本规程适用于辽宁省行政区域内装配式混凝土结构预制构件的制作、施工和验收。 1.0.3 装配式建筑工程的建设和管理宜推行设计、构件制作、施工一体化总承包模式。
1.0.4 装配式混凝土结构预制构件的制作、施工和验收除应符合本规程外，尚应符合国家和地方现行有关标准的规定。
