摘要 目的：分析我国农民医疗消费差异及影响因素。方法：运用统计学中常用的方法对已收集到的家庭预算资料中的居民医疗支出数据进行统计分析。结果：研究发现，90年代以来我国农村居民医疗支出经历了持续的增长过程，而在完全自费医疗的情况下，我国农村居民医疗支出的不平等主要源于农村居民的地区收人差异及医疗服务价格的影响，低收人农民的医疗需求不足。结论：农村居民特别是贫困地区农民的医疗保障，更应该得到政府和国家的关注。以使农村医疗价格得到控制。 关键词： 医疗消费 医疗支出 农村居民 农村医疗 the analysis of the differences in medical expenses of china's rural residents and it's factor yang dong-chang

改革以来我国经济高速发展，然而居民医疗服务的公平性问题越来越突出，受到人们的广泛关注。XX年，世界卫生组织在世界卫生报告中对119个国家的卫生系统进行排序，按筹资公平性中国位于第18位(who，XX)。据第三次全国卫生服务调查，目前医疗卫生支出已成为我国居民继食品、教育支出后的第三大消费支出，而XX年我国有54.8%的患病农民应就诊而未去就诊，应住院而未住院的农民比重高达50.3%，其中，经济原因是妨碍农民看病的主要障碍。我国农村居民基本是完全的自费医疗，XX年我国农村居民中有97%无任何形式的医疗保障(中国卫生统计提要，XX)。因此，相对于农村居民的健康状况，自费医疗体制下农民享有的医疗卫生服务存在明显的不平等性。医疗服务的公
