孕产妇健康教育的效果评价

【摘要】Objective To strengthen the pregnant women' s awarenes of perinatal care, guide them to develop in healthy way, and to ensure their safety during pregnancy and good outcomes. Methods Schools were set up for pregnant women and systematic prenatal health education was provided. The data of questionnaires before and after education and health indicators were analyzed to evaluate the effectiveness of education. Results Pregnant women's awareness rate of reproductive health knowledge increased from 51.94％ before education to 95.27％ after education (x2 = 6 601.52,P ＜ 0.01 ). The correct rate of pregnant women's health attitude and behavior increased to 94.22％ from 69.30％(x2 = 1 425.1 ,P ＜ 0.01 ). The differences were statistically significant. All health indicators ( system management rate, management rate of high - risk pregnancy, vaginal delivery rate, cesarean section rate, breasffeeding rate ) achieved the predicted values, and enhanced the quality of perinatal health. Conclusion Systematic health education to pregnant women can improve their awareness and behavior, and plays an important role in perinatal health service.%目的 加强孕产妇围产保健意识,使其行为向有利于

健康的方向发展,以保障孕妇的妊娠过程安全,结局良好.方法 开办孕妇学校,开展产前系统的健康教育活动;对650例孕妇在宣教前后进行调查问卷和保健指标的统计分析,评价宣教的成效.结果 孕产妇在健康教育前后的生殖保健知识知晓率从51.94%上升到95.27%(χ2=6 601.52,P＜0.01),孕产妇健康态度和行为正确率从69.30%上升到94.22%(χ2=1 425.1,P＜0.01),有统计学差异,各项保健指标(系统管理率、高危妊娠管理率、阴道分娩率、剖宫产率、母乳喂养率等)均显著实现了责任目标的预期值,提高了围产保健质量.结论 对孕妇进行系统的健康教育,孕产妇的认知及行为改变效果显著,对围产保健工作有着重要的促进作用,值得提倡和坚持.
