浅论我国政府投资项目代建制模式
摘要：目前,随着政府职能的转变,政府投资工程建设阶段管理的低效率,越来越成为要着重解决的问题之一。部分城市在借鉴发达国家成功模式的基础上,结合我国国情做了积极的探索,取得了可喜的成效,其中“代建制”就是一种全新的政府投资工程管理模式。

Abstract
At present, as the transition of government function, the government investment project construction phase of the management of low efficiency, more and more become to solve the problem of on one.
