摘要：市政工程造价的成本控制与管理是一项具有很强技术性和专业性的工作，且市政工程造价的成本控制与管理贯穿于整个工程项目包括决策阶段、设计阶段、招投标阶段、施工阶段以及竣工结算阶段等在内的全过程当中。因此，怎样对市政工程造价进行科学有效的成本控制与管理，使得市政工程造价的成本增幅控制在合理可控的范围之内，是摆在所有投资商和工程管理人员面前的一道重要课题。本文针对我国市政工程造价成本控制与管理的现状，对市政工程造价的成本控制与管理措施等内容提出了几点建设性的意见。
