一 前言
机械制造工艺学课程设计是在我们学完了大学的全部基础课、技术基础课以及大部分专业课之后进行的。这是我们在进行毕业设计之前对所学的各课程的一次深入的综合性总复习,也是一次理论联系实际的训练,因此,它是我们四年的大学生活中占有重要的地位。
课程设计是一个综合性的教学实践环节,其主要目的是培养学生综合运用所学的基础理论、专业知识和基本技能,提高分析和解决工程实际问题的能力以及从事科学研究的能力,使学生受到一次较为系统的工程实践和科学研究的训练。身为机械工程及自动化专业的学生,本次我的毕业设计为机械加工工艺及工艺装备类的工程设计,以工艺工程师的基本训练为主,侧重典型产品的工艺、工装设计能力的培养,主要要求如下:
在教师的指导下,能根据产品的技术要求和加工生产的技术条件,拟定合理的工艺方法和工艺规程方案,并绘制工艺流程图;
能独立完成工艺过程的工装装备设计计算,包括刀具、夹具、量具、模具等。正确地完成绘图工作;
能拟定产品生产工艺、安全技术规程及相关的工艺文件;
能对所拟定的工艺方案进行技术和经济效益的综合分析评价,提出可行性论证报告; 编写工艺、工装设计说明书。
对我个人来说,这次课程设计的意义很大,我希望能通过这次课程设计对自己以后将要从事的工作进行一次适应性训练,从中锻炼自己分析问题、解决问题的能力,提高自己的实践能力。
由于能力有限,设计中海存在许多不足之处,恳请老师给予指教。

图2-1、图2-2分别为某轴夹轴座环零件图的三维样图和零件图。已知:零件材料为40Cr,年产量Q=4000件/年。试为该夹轴座环零件编制工艺规程。
