给水排水设计说明计算书
摘要
本建筑为综合楼,位于XXX。建筑高度为XX米,总建筑面积约XX万平方米。本建筑物所有给水排水均按高层建筑给排水要求进行设计。
给水系统采用分区给水方式,地下一层至二层层由市政管网直接供水,三层及以上由变频泵二次加压供水。上部最高32层,分为三区:低区:3层至12层;中区:13层至22层; 高区:23层至32层。
排水系统采用污废水分流排放体制。住宅卫生间排水采用双立管排水系统,厨房及阳台洗衣机排水采用普通单立管系统。空调冷凝排水系统单独设置,直接排入雨水沟。
消防系统设计内容包括消火栓系统和自动喷淋系统。消火栓给水管网呈环状布置。自动喷水灭火系统采用湿式喷水灭火系统。
热水系统设计,本设计需对上部住宅供应热水。为保证同一用水点的冷、热水压力平衡,热水管道沿着给水管道布置。
本设计以经济、环保、节能为原则,通过借鉴以前的设计方法和经验,采用了合理的技术措施,使设计的各个系统达到了很好的使用效果。

Abstract
The construction for the complex building, located in Changle City Area west. Building height of 98.25 meters, total construction area of about 22,000 square meters. All of the buildings high-rise building water supply and drainage Junan drainage design requirements. Water supply system by way of regional water supply, underground layers of a layer from direct water supply from the municipal pipe network, three or more by the pump-pressure water supply. Maximum of 32 upper layer, divided into three areas: low-District: 3 layers to 12 layers; in the area: 13 layers to 22 layers; High District: 23 layers to 32 layers.
Drainage system with sewage water diversion discharge. Residential toilet drain riser with double drainage system, kitchen and balcony washing machine drain the ordinary single riser system. Individual air-conditioning condensate drainage system settings, directly into the stormwater ditch.
Fire system design includes fire hydrant system and automatic sprinkler system. Fire hydrant in a ring layout. Wet sprinkler system with sprinkler system.
Hot water system design, the design of the supply of hot water needs of the upper house. To ensure the same point of cold water, hot water pressure balanced, hot water pipes along the water supply piping.
This focuses on the economy, environmental protection, energy conservation principle, by drawing on previous design methods and experience, with a reasonable technical measures to make the design of each system to achieve a good use of effects.
