摘 要
PCB数控四轴钻铣床是一种机电一体化的产品, 是专用于PCB加工的四轴三联动数控机床。
本机床采用先进的直线滚动轨迹、 高精度滚珠丝杆和交
流伺服电机; 涉及微电子、 计算机、 自动控制、 精密机械、 图像处理等多种技术,综合性强, 知识、 技术、 资金密度高, 适用于高精度PCB的成形加工。
本文对PCB机床的整机系统结构、 伺服进给机构、 工
作装置、 机电匹配进行了讨论和分析, 特别是对整机系统结构和伺服进给机构进行了详细的设计, 主要包括机床动力参数、 整机的结构布置、 伺服系统的选择以及滚珠丝杆、 滚动导轨、 联轴器、 滚动轴承、 交流伺服电机、 高速电主轴等关键零部件的选择和设计。
