NM7000B仪表着陆系统实训平台设备改造方案
摘要:给出了一种仪表着陆系统(ILS)实训平台的设备改造方案,应用实际设备改造,对调制后的射频信号衰减后进行功率和相位的分配,然后溃入天线监控混合网络,合理构造出从每个发射天线耦合回来的监控信号。在没有向空间发送射频信号的情况下,在实验室中搭建完整的实训平台。该实训平台的发射系统、发射信号及其流程、监控信号及监控过程与真实设备完全一样,为业务培训提供了真实的环境。以NM7000B型仪表着陆系统航向信标设备为例进行改造,该方案在实验室真实设备上进行验证,结果证明了方案的可行性。

Reforming scheme for training platform equipment of NM7000B ILS

Abstract: The reforming scheme for training platform equipment of instrument landing system (ILS) is proposed. The power and phase of the modulated RF signal after attenuation are distributed by application of the actual equipment reforming, and the signal is fed into the antenna to monitor the mixed network. The monitoring signal coupled back from each transmitting antenna was constructed reasonably. The integrated training platform was built in the laboratory under the condition that the RF signal isn’t transmitted to the space. The transmitting system, transmitting signal and its process, monitoring signal and monitoring process of this training platform are exactly the same with the true equipment, which provides the true environment for operation training. The localizer equipment of NM7000B ILS as an instance was reformed. The scheme was verified on the true equipment in the laboratory. The experimental results prove that this scheme is feasible. 仪表着陆系统又称“盲降”,作为国际民航组织的标准精密进场和着陆设备,是引导飞机安全进近和着陆的国际标
准系统。通常由航向信标、下滑信标和指点信标组成,如图1所示,其中航向信标提供对准跑道的水平引导,下滑信标提供降落的垂直引导,指点信标提供进近路线的距离校准点,分为内指点、中指点和外指点[1]。NM7000B系列设备是由原挪威诺马克公司生产制造,目前被英国Indra公司收购。该设备采用现代电子应用技术和微处理器技术,辅助大规模DSP数/模信号转换电路、模拟器件、数字硬件和软件技术,为系统的可靠性、稳定性奠定了基础,为用户提供维护简单、操作易懂的人机交互界面。在国内机场配置了100多套,是国内ILS系列主流设备之一,其稳定的性能和优良的品质得到了机场的肯定和认可。

NM7000B设备的航向信标通过天线系统向空间发送CSB(包括载波、90 Hz与150 Hz的和信号)和SBO信号(仅包含90 Hz与150 Hz的差信号),场型如图2所示。在空间叠加出跑道左侧90 Hz调制度大于150 Hz、右侧90 Hz调制度小于150 Hz、跑道延长线上两者调制度相等的空间场型[2?3],机载接收机在空中接收到航向射频信号后,经过处理,输出一个飞机相对于航向道的位置偏离指针信息,在驾驶舱水平姿态指示器HIS上显示当前航向道的位置信息。若飞机在航向道中心线上,即对准跑道,位置偏离指示为零(重合);
