Procedures: 操作流程:
1. Buyer issue Letter Of intent (LOI) with banking details
買方发出认购函予賣方及銀行坐標及資料。
2. Seller issue Full Corporate offer (FCO) and Draft contract for review and
amendment. Both parties signed and sealed.
賣方發出全面企业报价和合同給予買方审查和修订,雙方正式電簽盖章。
3. Both parties lodge the sales and purchase agreement with respective bank.
双方把购销合同存入各方银行.
4. Within five (5) banking days after lodging of SPA with respective bank.
Buyer’s bank issue Irrevocable, confirmed 100% DLC (MT700) to Seller’s bank with condition for payment
在签署合约存入各自银行五(5)个银行工作日里, 买方银行开出不可撤销的100%信用证(MT700)给卖方银行, 信用证并附有付款条件.
5. Loading commence within 30 days from the day of buyer’s bank received of
active Irrevocable, Confirmed 100% DLC.
卖方在收到买方银行开出已操作,不可撤销的100%信用证(MT700)之日起15天内,卖家开始装货.
6. 100% of DLC final drawdown with discharge port documents or five (5)
working days after discharge.
卸货港检验证件提交或卸货五(5)天后,银行支付100%信用证的金颌.
