考勤管理工作是企事业单位不可缺少的一部分,对于整个企业的管理至关重要。对于员工考勤如果仍使用传统的手工方式录入将是一项复杂的工作。于是,开发智能化考勤管理系统是必然趋势,它是完善企业信息化管理的重要环节。根据实际应用的需求,本文应用RC522射频读卡模块、Visual Basic开发语言及Microsoft Access数据库相关技术设计了基于射频IC卡的员工考勤系统,实现了对员工考勤和记录的智能管理。本系统由射频IC卡读卡模块、考勤管理软件和考勤数据库组成,应用USB技术完成读卡模块与上位机的通信。本文首先介绍课题背景及相关技术,然后提出方案,应用VB语言开发考勤管理软件,完成对IC卡的发卡、考勤及统计查询。论文结尾对全文进行总结,并提出对未来工作的展望。

Attendance management is an indispensable part of enterprises and institutions, is essential for the management of the entire enterprise. For employee attendance If you are still using the traditional manual way entry will be a complex task. Thus, the development of intelligent Attendance Management System is an inevitable trend, which is to improve enterprise information management an important part. According to the needs of practical application, this paper RC522 RF reader module, Visual Basic programming language and Microsoft Access database related technologies designed based RF IC card attendance system employees to achieve a record of employee attendance and intelligent management. The system consists of RF IC card reader module, attendance management software and attendance of databases, application of technology to complete the USB reader module communication with the host computer. This paper describes the background and related technical issues, and propose solutions, application development time and attendance management software VB language, the completion of the IC card, attendance and statistical inquiry. At the end of the text of the paper summarizes and presents the outlook for future work.
