广州市移动通信综合办公楼空调系统设计

摘 要

本设计对象是广东省广州市移动通信综合办公楼空调系统的设计。

该高层建筑位于广东省广州市,从地下一层到地上8层,高度25.6m,空调区域面积6312m2。房间类型主要有办公室,会议室,计算机房,电力机房,活动室、营业大厅等。其中地下室主要为设备机房,一、二层为营业大厅和办公室,三—五层为机房层,六层为会计室和计算机房,七层为活动室,八层为值班室。

本论文设计范围为:空调房间负荷计算,空气处理过程,空调方案的确定,气流组织设计,空气-水系统的水力计算,设备选型。

本设计根据广东广州地区气象资料和建筑房间类型,采用风机盘管加新风系统。所采用风机盘管为卧式暗装两管制。风机盘管采用散流器平送风气流组织方式。每层机房采用新风机组独立供给本层各房间新风,每层一个新风机组。空调冷源采用冷水机组设置在地下室。冷却塔设置在8层楼顶。

论文最后对整个设计进行了总结,并对有待于进一步研究的问题进行了概述,对今后的设计工作提出了一些建议。强调空调设计应尽量满足业主的要求及节能规范。

本设计依据参考并执行国家相关标准及规范。 关键词:办公楼空调、 风机盘管、负荷计算、水力计算

ABSTRACT

This design object is the guangdong province guangzhou city a mobile communications integrated office air conditioning system design.

The high-level building is located in guangzhou city, guangdong province from underground layer to the ground 8 storeys, highly 25.6 m, air conditioning area to 6312 m2. Room types have mainly office, conference room, computer room, balcony stores, electrical room, activity room, business hall. Including the basement for equipment room, one - two-story hall for business and office, three - five-story engine room layer, six for the accounting room and computer room, seven activity room;,eight for the duty room.

The design scope of this paper are: air-conditioned room load calculation, the process of air handling, air-conditioning program, the air distribution design, the air - water system hydraulic calculation, equipment selection.

The design according to the type of weather data and building room in Guangzhou, fan coil plus fresh air system. Fan coil used for the horizontal concealed controls. The fan coil side air diffuser level airflow organization. On each machine room with the fresh air handling unit to an independent supply of fresh air in this layer in each room, each floor of a new air handling units. The air conditioning cooling source chiller set in the basement. The cooling tower is set in the 8th floor roof.

Paper finally summarizes the design of the whole, and needs to be further studied are summarized, the problem of future design work, some Suggestions were put forward. Emphasize air conditioning design should try to meet the requirement of owner and energy-saving norms.

This design based on reference and execute relevant national standards and specifications.
