【摘要】Objective:To study the incidence of abnormal results of urine of healthy people.Methods:We analyzed the urine dry chemistry and urine visible components of 712 cases with health examination by microscopic examination.Results:Urine examination results showed the total detection rate of positive index of urine specimens was 18.1%.Urinary tract infection was a common disease in healthy people.It can occur in all populations.The female was more than male.There was significant difference(P<0.05).Urine examination results showed the positive rate of each index was increased with the growth of age.There was

difference

in

every

age

group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Routine urine test is an important and indispensable examination in physical examination.It is helpful to find the sub healthy people,and has an important role in the early diagnosis and disease prevention.%目的：了解健康人群尿液分析异常结果的检出率。方法：对712例健康体检人群的尿干化学及尿有形成分镜检分析。结果：712例尿液检查结果显示尿液标本阳性指标总检出率18.1%，泌尿系统感染在健康人群中是常见的疾病，可发生于所有人群，女性多于男性，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。尿液分析各指标的阳性率随年龄增长而增高，在各个年龄段中差异
