8. Change what you can change, accept what we can’t change. (态度) Someone said that God treats everyone fairly, if he gives you less beauty, he will give you more wisdom. So don’t complain about it. When you can’t change what you have, you should make full use of the potential abilities.
Take my classmate Li Hua for example. He was born disabled, so he couldn’ t do more outside activities at school. When he finished his homework, he used to do some drawing or develop the gift in music. When we held parties, he was willing to share his lovely songs with us or present a painting to someone when his or her birthday was coming. In this way he can enjoy himself and forget what he is poor in.
In the daily life, we should follow Li Hua’s example, don’t be sad over the disadvantages and be optimistic about his life. As the saying goes, “Change what you can change, accept what we can’t change”. this is a good attitude to life. Only in this way can we be satisfied.
