学期论文格式规范以及体例要求

论文全文必须包括以下内容

字体：

1．英文字体全部使用New Times Roman。中文全部使用宋体。 2．标题使用3号字体。

3．二级标题，即Abstract，摘要，Introduction，Conclusion，Works Cited，等均使用4号字体。一级以及二级标题，均须加粗。 4．正文全部使用Times New Roman，小四号字体。

行距以及页面：

1．正文：除封面之外的所有页面均采用1.5倍行距，包括标题与正文之间。段落与段落之间不得空格。

2．页面边框距离均采用word文档默认值。

段落以及标题：

1．每一个段落开头均须缩进（采用tab键即可） 2．句与句之间须保留一个空格。

3．注意破折号（--）与连字符(-)长短不同，打法不同。前后紧接单词,不留空格。 4．书名以及杂志名一律用斜体。文章、短篇小说、短诗、章节、电视剧集以及广播节目等均用引号标注。

斜体、加粗或下划线：

除书名、杂志名等等必须采用斜体外，除一级、二级、三级等标题加粗外，其他均无须加用斜体、加粗或下划线，如必需使用，须加脚注说明原因。

脚注以及尾注：

如必须使用注解，则注解一律采用脚注形式。

标题：

每个单词的字母须大写（冠词、介词、副词等如不是标题首个单词，则不必大写）。标题不可过于宽广，须体现主题。通常不可用句子作为标题。

Abstract以及Key words:

通常为一段。200-300字。段落开头缩进。段落后空一行，顶格写入“Key Words”两字，后跟冒号，随后写入关键词三至五个。关键词之间用分号间隔。结尾要不要加句号！Key Words本身加粗，后面的关键词不用加粗。

摘要：

除用中文外，其他一律同英文摘要。

正文、正文和标题之间全部采用1.5倍行距。

Bibliography

1．Works Cited中出现的所有条目，均应在正文中被提及、论述或被引用。 2．凡文集、杂志、期刊、报纸等中的文章均须标注起始页码。 3．每一条目第一行顶格，第二行以及以后各行缩进。 4．书名用斜体，文章名用引号。

5．英文部分按作者或编者姓的首字母顺序排列，中文按姓的拼音顺序排列，英文在前，中文在后。中文条目亦按此规范。 6．具体规范参见以下参考书目规范条例：
