a、值班室有“进出洞请登记”、“值班室”明显标示。内挂“隧道值班制度”牌，尺寸为600×800mm。

c、空气压缩机站门口设置岗位安全操作规程牌、司机岗位职责牌，站房牌挂“当心触电，注意安全”提示牌，操作规程牌尺寸为600×800mm，提示牌尺寸为800×600mm。

d、备用电源处需设置安全操作规程牌（600×800mm）和“机房重地，闲人免进”警示牌（400×300mm）。

e、灭火器处设置指示标志（400×300mm）及操作规程牌（600×800mm）。 2、办公生活区、喷射混凝土拌合站、钢筋加工场、施工送风设施等标识标牌设置参照指挥部安质部下发的《安全生产标识标牌标准化实施方案》。

以上标志标牌要求若与业主下发的《京沈铁路客运专线（京冀段）现场安全文明标志》有冲突时，以业主下发的文件为准。 五、安全环保措施

（1）隧道施工设施内各功能区在明显位置设置防火设施。每个功能区都配备灭火器及消防池等且在消防设施处悬挂公示牌，明确消防责任人，联系方式。

（2）施工便道紧邻国道或水泥乡道前后两端设置“前方施工，减速慢行”安全标识，并安装震动减速带及慢行警示灯。

（3）每次施工作业完成后，及时清洗机具，清理现场，确保场地整洁。 （4）场地内定期洒水，对粉尘进行覆盖遮挡。设置专人定期进行清理和打扫，保证场地内清洁卫生。

（5）水泥罐设置缆风绳及避雷设施，定期对水泥罐基础进行沉降观测。
