教学大纲
授课教师：张庆华
课程目的
介绍区域和城市经济学的理论前沿与实证分析方法．指导学生对诸如城市化, 区域发展不平衡, 集聚效应，城市群（或城市系统）及其空间布局，交通，房地产，以及地方政府财政等热点问题进行探讨。
课程要求
通过学习本课程，学生应该对现代区域和城市经济学的理论前沿与实证分析方法有全面深入的了解。并且提交一篇有独创性的论文。
课程评分
论文60％，课堂报告30％, 课堂参与10%
