单片机遥控系统的应用设计

摘 要

随着现代科学技术的快速发展,电子通讯业发展相当迅速,越来越广泛的应用于工业,农业,金融,娱乐,航空航天等各个领域中。在电子通讯的应用当中,应用的最普遍的就应属遥控技术的应用了,它与我们的日常生活密切相关。

本设计采用单片机技术实现电机的遥控系统。系统的设计分为两部分,包括遥控发射系统及电机控制系统的硬件设计和控制软件的设计。发射电路主要由AT89C2051单片机,行列式操作键盘,低功耗空闲式控制电路,红外发射电路,电源等部分组成。电机控制电路主要由AT89C52单片机,电源,红外接受电路,交流电过零检测电路,电机转速及启/停控制电路等组成。发射端根据键盘的不同按键控制AT89C2051单片机发射相应的脉冲信号。接收端红外接收电路接收发射端发射的信号,然后由AT89C52单片机处理,单片机根据不同的信号进行电机的控制,并完成相应的状态指示。

The Design of remote-control system based on Single Chip Computer

Abstract

With the fast development of the modern science and technology,electron and communication technology develop very fast. They are extensively applied in all sorts of domains, such as industry, agriculture, finance, aviation and recreation. The most popular application with electrical technology is the application of remote control. It relates closely to our daily life.

This design realizes motor remote-control system with the thchnology of Single Chip Computer.The design of the system is devided into two parts, including hardware design of the remote launch system and motor control system and software design as well. Transmitting circuit is mainly composed by AT89C2051 MCU,determinant function key board,low power contrl circuit,infrared emission circuit,power supply circuit. Motor control circuit is mainly composed by AT89C52 MCU,power supply circuit,infrared take over circuit,alternating current zero crossing detection circuit,motor on-off and velocity control circuit. In transmitting terminal, AT89C2051 MCU control infrared emission circuit emits diffrent implus singal according to the diffent key press of key board. In take over terminal, infrared take over circuit take the impluse singal of the transmitting terminal, then is processed by AT89C52 MCU. MCU controls moter according to different implus single and finish responsive status indication.
