They will also advise on foreign travel, and can administer various injections and blood pressure checks. For any over 75s unable to attend the clinic, Helen Stranger will make a home visit. European regulators(监管人)are prepared to file a complain Google has been abusing its control in Internet search to fight against competition and innovation, according to the report that the company sent to its employees Tuesday. Kent Walker, Google’s general counsel, wore that a “statement of objections” to Google’s business practices will be released Wednesday by Europe’s top antitrust (反垄断的)regulator, Margrethe Vestager.
Besides outlining their belief that Google has been illegally controlling its search results to favor its own services, European regulators also may announce they are starting an inquiry into whether Google is also using its popular Android software for mobile devices to gain an advantage over other digital services , Walker said.
A copy of the report was posted online by the technology websites Re/Code and TechCrunch after the Financial Times, the Wall Street Journal and the New York Times reported Vestager’s plans to take action against Google, the Internet’s most powerful company. Google confirmed Walker wrote the report late Tuesday, but the company declined further comment.
