对刑侦工作中信息化建设的几点思考

摘 要：随着社会的发展，科学技术不断进步，世界正从工业社会向信息化社会过渡。信息技术的飞速发展使得传统的信息积累方式已远远不能适应新形势下打击刑事犯罪的需求。与此同时信息化的发展也带来了犯罪行为的不断智能化、隐蔽化，刑侦工作面临着越来越严峻的挑战，面对这种现状刑侦部门必须正确认识到信息化的重要性，努力构造刑侦信息化网络系统，及时发现信息化进程中存在的问题，将信息化应用于侦查破案的每一个环节，向信息化要警力，从高科技中提升侦查破案效率，全力推进刑侦工作向信息化发展。

Abstract:While the society has developed, and science technologies are continuing to be improved, the society of our world are transforming from industrial to informational. The great development of the techniques of computerization makes the traditional way of collecting data not able to meet the need of war against the crime. Criminal investigation is facing an unprecedented challenge. As a result, the criminal investigation department must appreciate the significance of informationalization, try to build the networking system of criminal investigation, and find out the problems of this process. Also, it is necessary for the department to apply the technique of informationalization to every procedure of case investigation in order to move the progress of the criminal investigation computerization.
