监理计划

1、接到业主的开工通知及清单后及时与各县公司建维管理人员联系，确认具体的开工站点。

2、接到施工单位的复线申请后，山区在8小时内，其余地区在5小时内到达现场进行复核。

3、及时掌握已开工站点的施工进度，对于验收地槽提前2天通知市公司建维部管理员。

4、对混凝土浇筑、机房内土方回填实行旁站。

5、经常性的对已施工的站点进行巡视，发现问题及时解决。对于发现的可能影响到工程安全性和可能引起造价增加的问题，及时向业主汇报。

6、随时与设计和地质勘探方保持联系。

1、原材料质量管理：所有进场的使用于工程上的材料均在监理的

参与下共同取样并共同送检测机构检验。对于检测机构检验不合格的材料立即清退出施工现场。

2、混凝土试件的取样、制作在监理方的见证下进行。 3、检查其他材料的质量是否符合规范规定的质量要求。 4、安全管理措施

（1）用电安全：电线、电缆一律架空，不随地乱放；用电器具一律“一机一闸一漏电保护”，整个配电系统采用三级漏电保护；挖孔施工时的井内照明采用36V电压。

（2）防护安全：整个施工区域全封闭并设置安全警示标志；桩孔在不施工时一律加盖盖板并有专人看护。

（3）桩孔内通风：桩孔深度超过6米时采用人工强制通风。

三、 质量控制要点

1、人工挖孔桩

（1）定位检查

在全部桩位定位放线完毕后进行复核并检查放线误差，各个桩位要准确，桩与桩之间的误差控制在3MM之内，两条对角线之间的差控制在5MM之内。

（2）桩孔检查

①土质：会同设计、地质勘探方共同验槽，必须符合设计要求，如实际土质不符合设计要求，则要求设计、地质勘探方提出处理方案并

（3）钢筋笼的检查：检查是否根据设计图进行钢筋笼的制作。检查螺旋箍与纵向钢筋的各个交点与纵向钢筋焊接是否牢固（焊点处不得有纵向钢筋受伤情况），全部焊渣是否已清除干净，加强箍的位置是否准确，钢筋保护层是否已按规定尺寸垫好。

（4）塔脚螺栓的预埋：检查四个预埋螺栓的顶部是否在一个水平面上，每个螺栓之间的误差不大于3MM，两条对角线之间的差值不大于5MM。

（5）混凝土施工

①混凝土施工前检查孔内是否有积水，如有积水督促施工方及时清除，混凝土浇灌前孔内的积水和沉渣厚度不得大于50MM。

②混凝土浇灌：进行前检查混凝土的配合比是否正确；计量器具及机具是否已经准备就绪；混凝土的坍落度控制在7CM左右。

2、独立柱及片筏基础 （1）定位检查

在全部柱位定位放线完毕后进行复核并检查放线误差，各个柱位要准确，柱与柱之间的误差控制在3MM之内，两条对角线之间的差控制在5MM之内（片筏基础检查外部尺寸是否正确）。

（4）塔脚螺栓的预埋：检查四个预埋螺栓的顶部是否在一个水平面上，每个螺栓之间的误差不大于3MM，两条对角线之间的差值不大于5MM。

（5）混凝土施工

①混凝土施工前检查基坑内是否有积水及其他杂物，如有督促施工方及时清出，混凝土浇灌前基坑内不得有积水和其他杂物。

②混凝土浇灌：进行前检查混凝土的配合比是否正确；计量器具及机具是否已经准备就绪；混凝土的坍落度控制在5-7CM。

3、机房及围墙 (1)保证项目

① 屋面不得有渗漏。检查方法：观察、中间检查。 ② 室内外回填土必须密实。检查方法：旁站、中间检查。 ③ 电气器具必须符合设计规定。检查方法：中间检查。 （2）基本项目
